Program Nations Cup
The program has been composed in such a way that the country meeting is a single continued event, without large gaps between the various races. Except for the gala events, an unlimited number of athletes is welcome to participate in the races. The gala event is open for invited athletes only.

The A-junior category is defined using the IAAF definition. This means that athletes born in 1993 can participate in the A-junior category. In this way, the same rules apply as those used by the EAA for the SPAR European Cross-Country Championships a few weeks later.
